In response to the coronavirus crisis, the heads of Crédit Agricole S.A Group contribute to Crédit Agricole’s solidarity fund

Philippe Brassac, Chief Executive Officer of Crédit Agricole S.A and Xavier Musca, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, have decided to waive half their variable compensation for 2019 in order to contribute to the solidarity efforts of Crédit Agricole, which will donate the corresponding amount to the Group’s new Solidarity Fund for the elderly.

This decision will be brought to the attention of the Board of Directors of Crédit Agricole S.A. on 14 April and announced at the General Meeting of 13 May.

Yves Perrier, CEO of Amundi, has also decided to waive half his variable compensation for 2019 in order to contribute to Crédit Agricole’s solidarity fund. The Board of Directors of Amundi took note of this decision on 7 April 2020, to be announced at Amundi’s General Meeting of 12 May.
