Amundi and Societe Generale announce the closing of the acquisition of Lyxor by Amundi from Societe Generale.

Finalisation of Lyxor acquisition

All the necessary regulatory and competition authorisations have been obtained. This transaction for a total cash consideration of € 825m has been completed two months ahead of schedule.
