Crédit Agricole CIB partnered with AccorHotels to structure its Green Mortgage Loan to acquire its Paris head office building

The transaction is financed by a EUR 300 million 8-year Green Mortgage Loan, which carries an annual coupon of 1.8%. Established in line with Green Loan Principles, the Green Mortgage Loan benefits from a Second-Party Opinion by the extra-financial rating agency, Sustainalytics. The ecological Sequana Tower benefits from a  HQE™ certification, level “Excellent”. Credit Agricole CIB acted as Green Structuring Agent and lender.
