Crédit Agricole CIB appoints Anne Girard Head of Compliance
Anne Girard is appointed Head of Global Compliance, effective October 1st, 2020. She reports functionally to Crédit Agricole CIB’s General Management and hierarchically to Martine Boutinet, Crédit Agricole S.A. Group Head of Compliance.
Biography
Anne Girard began her career at Crédit Lyonnais New York in 1993 in Structured Finance. After spending 2 years in the Coverage team of Barclays Zoete Wedd in Paris and 5 years in the Risk Division of Deutsche Bank in London, she joined Crédit Agricole Group in 2001, where she held several international positions within Crédit Agricole CIB’s Risk department: first in Asia-Pacific (as Head of Credit Risk Asia in Hong Kong, and as Chief Risk Officer Japan in Tokyo) and then in the Americas region, where she was appointed in 2015 Chief Risk Officer for CA-CIB Americas and Chief Risk Officer for the Crédit Agricole Group in the United States. Anne Girard is a graduate of ESCP Europe.
