Appointment - Chantal Debost as Chairwoman of Crédit Agricole Leasing & Factoring
The Board of Directors of Crédit Agricole Leasing & Factoring (CAL&F), meeting on 28 October 2025, announced the appointment of Chantal Debost as Chairwoman of the company, effective immediately. She succeeds Jean-Jacques Calcat, who has held this position since 2018.
The Board of Directors of Crédit Agricole Leasing & Factoring extends its warmest thanks to Jean-Jacques Calcat for his constant commitment during his 7 years as Chairman; and his congratulations to Chantal Debost on this appointment, while wishing her every success in the exercise of this new mandate.
Biography
A graduate of the École Supérieure de Commerce et d'Administration des Entreprises (ESCAE) in Clermont-Ferrand, Chantal Debost began her career in 1985 as a financial analyst in the financial commitments and risks department of LOCAFRANCE (a subsidiary of SUEZ), then held the position of sales representative from 1986 to 1992. From 1992 to 2011, she held various positions of responsibility within the companies BDG INVEST and then CARTONA PACK. Since 2011, she has been the manager of SARL CHAMAX.
Since 2014, Chantal Debost has held several mandates within the Crédit Agricole Centre France and has been Chairwoman of the Centre France Regional Bank since March 2021. As of October 2023, Chantal Debost is also a director and a member of the Appointments Committee of Crédit Agricole Leasing & Factoring.
