Appointment
The Board of Directors of Crédit Agricole Payment Services (CAPS) has appointed Philippe Marquetty Chief Executive Officer with effect from 16 June 2023. Philippe Marquetty joins the Management Committee of Crédit Agricole S.A.
Biography
Philippe Marquetty began his career at the General Inspectorate of CIC, before managing several branches. He joined Arthur Andersen in 2000, where he worked in consulting for financial institutions. In 2006, he joined Société Générale, where he was Head of Products, then Head of the Retail Customers Market. In 2012, he entered the payments sector as head of payment products and cash management at the Société Générale group, for France and internationally. In 2018, he set up Société Générale's Payments Department, which he directed thereafter.
Philippe Marquetty is a graduate of the Institut Supérieur de Gestion.
Crédit Agricole Payment Services, the payment subsidiary of Crédit Agricole, oversees the Group's payment strategy, runs the processing platforms, supervises transactions, guarantees the security of transactions and handles banking representation.
