Appointment
Eric Campos has been appointed Head of Corporate and Social Responsibility at Crédit Agricole SA.
He is taking over from Stanislas Pottier, who is joining Amundi as Head of Responsible Investment.
Eric Campos is also a member of Crédit Agricole SA’s Executive Committee and will maintain his role as Managing Director of the Grameen Crédit Agricole Foundation, which he has fulfilled since October 2016.
Bio
Eric Campos started his career in an African agribusiness company before joining the French Development Agency in 1993 to conduct programme evaluation missions and development aid projects in the African, Caribbean, and Pacific region.
In 1996, he was appointed Deputy Managing Director at the Société Financière Pour le Développement de la Réunion (financial company for development of Ile de la Réunion), very active both in social housing and in the social economy.
In 2001, he joined Crédit Agricole Group, where he took on successive responsibilities as Head of the Financial Markets division, then as Deputy General Manager for the Crédit Agricole Mutuel Regional Bank in Réunion.
Between 2006 and 2010, Eric Campos worked in the International Retail Banking division of Crédit Agricole S.A., where he held positions relating to development. From 2010 to 2016, he was Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Crédit Agricole Rhône-Alpes Regional Bank.
He holds a post-graduate diploma in Foresight and a Master’s in Audit and Financial Control from Toulouse Business School.
