- Excellent operational efficiency maintained with operating expenses down (-2.6%) and cost/income ratio1 at 51.7%

- Very solid financial structure (CET 1 ratio of 20%)
Dividend
- Dividend policy resumed, with a dividend of €2.90 per share[3]
