Alexandra Boleslawski is appointed Group Chief Risk Officer

Alexandra Boleslawski has been appointed Group Chief Risk Officer, reporting to Philippe Brassac, Chief Executive Officer of Crédit Agricole S.A.

Alexandra replaces Hubert Reynier, who wished to pursue his career internationally within Crédit Agricole S.A.

Her appointment took effect on september 1.

Alexandra Boleslawski began her career at Banque Indosuez in 1986 and she spent nearly 25 years working in structured finance, in particular in project finance.

She was appointed Global Head of the Electricity sector in 2000 and Deputy Head of the Natural Resources, Infrastructure & Electricity sector in 2010. In 2013, Alexandra was appointed Global Head of the Electricity, Utilities and Mining sectors.

She became Deputy Head of Coverage and the International Network in March 2015, before taking over as Head of Global Coverage Organisation.

In July 2018, Alexandra was appointed Head of Risk and Permanent Control at Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank, where she is a member of the Executive Committee.

Alexandra is 57 years old and a graduate of HEC.
