Hubert Reynier has been appointed Group Chief Compliance Officer as of July 15th, 2024, and therefore joins the Executive Committee of Crédit Agricole S.A. He’s taking over from Martine Boutinet who is retiring.

Biography

Prior of being appointed Group Chief Compliance Officer, Huber Reynier was Senior Country Officer for the United Kingdom of Crédit Agricole CIB since September 2019.

Hubert Reynier began his career as a finance inspector before joining BNP in 1992, where he spent most of his career abroad, notably in New York, London, Belgium and the Netherlands. In 2000, he was appointed Special Adviser to the Director General of the Commission des Opérations de Bourse, before being appointed Head of the Premier Marché sector and then Head of the Financial Operations and Information Department in 2001. In 2004, he became Deputy Secretary General of the Autorité des marchés financiers before being appointed Deputy Chief Financial Officer of Caisse des Dépôts. He joined the Crédit Agricole Group in 2010 as Deputy Head and then Head of Risk and Permanent Controls at Crédit Agricole S.A.

Alumnus of ENA, France's national school of administration, Hubert Reynier is a graduate from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques of Paris, and holds a postgraduate degree in Economics and a Master degree in Law from Paris-Sorbonne University.
